Welcome to Gluten-Free Reality! I’m New England born & raised, currently living in the great state of Rhode Island. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2013 while I was a Sophomore at Rhode Island College. Adjusting to life after my diagnosis was a very difficult, lonely, and overwhelming time for me. However, five years later I am feeling healthier than ever and so blessed to be a part of the Celiac community.
